Secretary-General of the International Airport Council for Africa, Ali Al-Tunsi, along with the High Organizing Committee for the Conference and Exhibition, has arrived in Cairo in preparation for the event scheduled to take place from February 24th to March 1st, 2024, under the patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, and His Excellency the Minister of Civil Aviation, Air-Marshal Mohamed Abbas Helmy.
Captain Khaled Al-Alfi, head of the Technical, Organizational, and Financial Committee for the conference, along with a team from the Public Relations Department of Cairo Airport Company, welcomed the organizing committee in preparation for the final preparatory meetings and to showcase the progress made on the ground.
It is worth mentioning that the promotional advertisement for the conference is displayed on screens in terminals 2 and 3 to welcome guests arriving from Africa and other countries, as part of the preparations to welcome conference guests. This includes forming a committee of public relations and protocol employees from the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation, Cairo Airport Company, to complete the arrival procedures, accommodation in hotels, and transportation to and from the airport
