Throughout March, we’re celebrating Hilton’s inspiring women and the invaluable impact they have on our business. This International Women’s Day we'll rally to #EmbraceEquity to support women’s equality and gender parity. Fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging is core to who we are, and we pride ourselves in creating an environment that acknowledges and meets everyone’s unique needs and circumstances.
Ramses Hilton has organized a special event, where we have invited some of our distinguished female team members courageous success stories that positively impacted their families and love ones and how they have overcome the difficulties and life challenges throughout their journey to achieve impressive results.
We wanted to add inspiring speech to the event, we have hosted one of the hotel’s female top leaders to share her success story, Rehab Mohamed- Ramses Hilton Commercial Director. Rehab was excited to share along her personal experiences and the challenges she faced in her career and be one of the top commercial leaders in Hilton Egypt.
Moreover, Kevin Brett – Ramses Hilton General Manager- was keen to attend and share the moment with everyone, where he stressed on Hilton commitments and continuous support to create an inclusive work environment and providing opportunities for all women to thrive.
