We kicked off our holiday celebrations with a Christmas cooking class, which took place at “OPIA” Lounge & Bar overlooking the Nile from the 36 floor.
Our Chefs were happy to share their passion with a selected group of ladies who were shown during the session how to prepare and cook a complete Christmas set menu starting with quinoa salad, roasted roulade of turkey as main course ended by walnut pie with caramel sauce and vanilla ice-cream
The event was ended by the arrival of Santa Claus who distributed Christmas gift to all participants to take home as a memory of this eventful day...
