EGYPTAIR to resume flights to Mumbai in May

EGYPTAIR to resume flights to Mumbai in May

EGYPTAIR will resume its direct flights to Mumbai next May. This is a part of the national carrier's role in expanding its route network and supporting the tourism movement through the return of air traffic to its normal operating rates to many destinations that were suspended before the COVID-19 and working to increase the movement of trade and economic exchange.

“EGYPTAIR has developed an ambitious plan to operate its flights to high-traffic cities and connect them to EGYPTAIR's network. The company will resume its direct flight between Cairo and Mumbai on May 2nd, 2022, with a frequency of four flights per week, due to the importance of this route and in order to enhance its existence in the promising Asian markets " said Capt. Amr Abu El-Enein, Chairman and CEO of EGYPTAIR Holding Company.

He added that EGYPTAIR flights to Mumbai will be operated using the Boeing B737-800 aircraft. The company resumed this route in order to strengthen its network to benefit its travelers to Cairo and its customers who travel via Cairo International Airport as well.

EGYPTAIR's customers can book their flights between Cairo and Mumbai through the company's website www.egyptair.com, its worldwide offices and travel agents and its call center at 1717.
