We kicked off our holiday celebrations with a Christmas cooking class, which took place at “OPIA” Lounge & Bar overlooking the Nile from the 36 floor.
Naira El Ellamei the professional certified chef was happy to share her passion with a selected group of ladies who were shown during the session how to prepare and cook a complete Christmas set menu starting with quinoa salad, braised beef with baked mashed potatoes as main course ended by chocolate biscuits & strawberry cheese cake.
The event was ended by distributing Christmas gift to all participants to take home as a memory of this eventful day...
