We kicked off our holiday celebrations with a Christmas cooking class, which took place at “OPIA” Lounge & Bar our newly renovated restaurant overlooking the from the 36 floor.
Our Executive Chef Dimitrios was happy to share his passion with a selected group of ladies who were shown during the session how to prepare and cook a complete Christmas set menu starting with Buffalo balloon, soft mozzarella with marinated tomato then grilled salmon and shrimp with vegetable ragout a main course ended by chestnut Mont Blanc with Marrons glaces as dessert.
The event was ended by distributing Christmas gift to all participants to take home as a memory of this eventful day...
