On the occasion of the festive seasons, Chef Dimitrios, Executive Chef of Ramses Hilton held recently a culinary demonstration session which took place at “OPIA” Lounge & Bar our newly renovated restaurant overlooking the Nile Riverfrom the 36 floor.
Chef Dimitrios was happy to share his passion with a selected group of ladies who were shown during the session how to prepare and cook a complete Christmas set menu starting withGrilled Calamari with almond tarama, then the traditional Christmas Beef fillet with pepperoni and green peasas a main course ended byChocolate Bouche de Noel as dessert .
A gastronomic lunch took place followed the demonstration where all ladies enjoyed the delicious plates.
