On the occasion of the festive seasons, Chef Dimitrios, Executive Chef of Ramses Hilton held recently a culinary demonstration session which took place at Windows on the World Roof-top Restaurant.
Chef Dimitrios was happy to share his passion with a selected group of ladies who were shown during the session how to prepare and cook a complete Christmas set menu starting withFrik Risotto with shrimps carpaccio then the traditional Christmas roasted turkey as a main course ended by Melomakarona the traditional Greek Christmas dessert..
A gastronomic lunch took place followed the demonstration where all ladies enjoyed the delicious plates at Breezes Lounge& Grill overlooking the Nile River.
