Ramses Hilton in Cairo kicked off the New Year with a special hotel awards celebration paying tribute to the hard work and dedication of the hotel’s 25 managers during 2013..
Led by Ramses Hilton general manager Haitham Nassar, a host of appreciation recognitions were presented with a certificate of appreciation for each manager and an individual trophy for the top six performing leaders from purchasing, security, front office, food and beverage, and kitchen departments.
The general manager highlighted the essential efforts of all team members working in the hotel saying: “Despite challenging times, it has been my pleasure to lead such an extraordinary and dedicated team and it is only fitting that we acknowledge the tremendous on-going support and engagement within the hotel.”
During the celebration, the hotel management team surprised their general manager with their own award, a golden ‘Oscar’ style statue, in recognition of his ongoing support and effective leadership
