Jesus Christ's Shroud will be on Display next May

Turin's shroud which Christians believe Jesus was buried in , will be on displays in the Italian city of Turin for the first time in 10 years . The shroud will expectedly be watched by about two million people who will go to Turin during the next two weeks.
Moreover, Pope Benedict XVI shall visit the Italian city and pray in front of the shroud on the second of May.
The Shroud which is four meters in length and one meter in width, carry an image of a pale, bearded man whose hands and feet are spotted with blood as if it was caused by crucifixion.
Carbon tests performed on the shroud in 1988 has shown that it goes back to the middle ages, but these results were called into question.
Millions of Christians believe that Christ was shrouded in this piece of cloth although scientific tests proved that the shroud dates back to the period between 1260 and 1390.
Nevertheless, some scientists questioned the then results and called on the Vatican to allow other tests on the shroud using more sophisticated technologies.
